In 2010 I set up the successful pop-up restaurantWorld Brunch Clubwith co-chef Jessie Levene where we researched and created different brunches from around the world accompanied by a live music performance or film. Since then I have continued to develop and explore my passion for food through my travels and by organising and catering for music & food events. I am actively involved as a chef at the sustainable Castle Climbing Centre Cafe and with food-waste charity Feedback.
